1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to UR Copyrights. URCopyrights provides its service to you, subject to the following terms of service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using UR Copyrights services, you and UR Copyrights shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules or laws applicable to the services offered. All such guidelines, rules and laws are incorporated to this terms of service by reference.
2. Description of Service
UR Copyrights provides users with an electronically transmited time and date attached to your material. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of your material transmitted to the site. It is recommended that you copy your transmition from URCopyrights onto disc format as evidence of your authorship.
3. Privacy Policy
URCopyrights does not sell trade or otherwise distribute your material, name, physical address or e mail address.
4. Member Conduct
URCopyrights does not endorse pornography or certain adult materials. You, the user, understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("context") whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means you, and not URCopyrights are entirely responsible for all content you mail, download, post, email or otherwise transmit to use our service. URCopyrights is not liable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content emailed or otherwise transmitted to URCopyrights during the use of this service.
5. Copyrights
URCopyrights respects the copyright property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please e mail us right away. URCopyrights will provide you with a network of legal services available to you.
URCopyrights is available as "Personal Witness" to your
copyrights through this server at $250 per hour, plus expenses. Thank-You.
